Our Philosophy
We are here to worship Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) by providing Muslim children with a quality education which meets or exceeds established standards and requirements on both the state and national levels. Our platform is based upon the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him).
Our History
Muslim Academy was founded in 2000 and opened August of 2000 with less than 50 students in only elementary grades. In 2006, we earned Approval Classification from the State of Louisiana. More grades and more students were welcomed each year, and in 2010 we graduated our first Senior Class. We have continued to grow and now have nearly 300 students.
